Refunds & Cancellations of Training Courses

FITFO Enterprises, Inc. DBA “The Sim Center” and “Jan-Lee Detective Agency” (The Company) does not offer refunds on any training or instruction course if you change your mind or are unable to attend. This is due to limited course capacity as well as our dedication to our team and training partners. The Company may move your course reservation to a different course date with written notice which must be received at least one week prior to the date of the scheduled course. Cancellation notices may not be given by phone. In the event of your cancellation request, if honored, you will be given credit with The Company which can be used for future training and/or other services. Registration transferal is permitted provided that the new participant is eligible for the training course and all new participant information is received no less than 72 hours prior to the date of the scheduled course.

Companies or agencies contracting training services are offered exclusive training dates and customized programs. For this reason as well as others, no refunds will be offered for training once an agreement is made whether verbal or written. Changes to the course, number of attendees, or other arrangements must be made no less than one week prior to the scheduled course starting date. Registration transferal (no change in head count) is permitted provided that the new participant is eligible for the training course and all new participant information is received no less than 72 hours prior to the date of the scheduled course.

The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course offered due to weather conditions, participant minimum not met, or other emergent situations that may arise. Written notification by email will be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled course date unless late notice is otherwise unavoidable. If The Company does cancel a course you are registered for and you cannot make the rescheduled date, you will be issued a refund of your course tuition with your written request which must be received at least 48 hours prior to the rescheduled course date.

To supplement and enhance our training program, The Company works with several training partners and guest instructors to provide the highest quality of instruction available in the industry. Due to the varying nature of our contracts with partners and guest instructors, all course tuition fees for these courses are non-refundable unless cancelled by The Company. No refunds or credit toward other services will be given if you are otherwise unable to attend. If possible and if there is another duplicate course scheduled, you may be permitted to reschedule your reservation to the future date. However, this request must be made in writing no later than 72 hours prior to the scheduled course date and is subject to review and approval by the Lead Instructor as well as the training partners or guest instructor. Registration transferal may also be permitted provided that the new participant is eligible for the training course, all new participant information is received no less than 72 hours prior to the date of the scheduled course, and is subject to review and approval by the Lead Instructor as well as the training partners or guest instructor.
